I signed an agreement to start australia immigration with s k immigration (At times referred to as s k consultants).
As per the agreement if i withdrew the case halfway, i will lose all my payments made.
I paid 98, 000/- for this service. The consultant from the company, based out of mumbai gave initial consultancy but no case was filed.
Later i decided to withdraw the case and requested for at least partial refund (Post deducting the consulting fees).
The consultant has flatly refused to refund any amount.
I think, the agreement stands valid only fi a case was initiated with a case/ file number. This was not done and no such number was ever shared with me.
The company just got my inr 98000/- for free.
I think this is unfair and i should be issued the refund after deducting normal consultancy fees.
Please help.
