I purchased the Mivi Collar Classic Neckband (Bluetooth headphones) from flipkart in June 2021. The product was delivered to me on the 9th June 2021 in working condition. After 6 months sage the right ear piece stopped working suddenly, without damage of any sorts on the headphone. As the product was under warranty I got in touch with the brand. Only option being via email. 1st email i sent was on 8th of Jan 2022. Couple of emails later they got the product picked up from my residence around the 20th of jan. And since then its just been a patent reply to every follow up mail of mine of “Sorry for the inconvenience we will get back to you at the earliest”. Its been more than 3 months and today they send me a mail requesting me to wait for some more time. I am sick and tired of this nonsense.
