We have ordered MIVI airphone and it was delivered to us but due to some scraches on it we have returned for replacement of MIVI airphone. the courier boy from Blue dart courier collect it from us.
when it reach to MIVI they told us we have received “Boat Speaker” instead of MIVI airpohone that we have returned.
and now they insisting us to take back product (i.e. Boat Speaker).
it is not acceptable at all, when we have not returned ‘Boat Speaker” why should we accept that.
it is fraud somewhere.
raised to support complaint with MIVI already so many times, talk with support executive so many times…even seniour officers denied us to talk. MIVI excecutive cut our call after long conversations. Mr. Saad Seniour manger from MIVI is dealing issue but he is also not contracting us.
we as a consumer will not take this eligation with us that we sent wrong product.
