I take bulk payout api service from Ecuzen software private limited by paying on boarding fee Rs 17, 700 .
It takes nearly one month to activate my virtual account.
On the 14th of FEB， their sales person contacted us and said that the bank is asking for 2 lacs maintainability and we can use this funds after 4 days only. So we have recharged 1.8 lacs ( already 20k is there).
But we found they had been locking the 2 lacs and not allowing us to use them.
During the process sing their payout service, their system always gets down and is not able to be used, and problems continuously happen, like not showing the UTR number of every transaction- which is the most serious problem. Because we do not know where the money is going, disbursed to clients or eaten by them ?
And now I request to release my balance of 2 lacs. Afterwards they can close this account, I do not want to take your service, they said first they have to close my account, and they can only refund after 30 days— which means they are short of money and want to use my funds without paying interest.
The problem is after closing my account, where is my money going ?
I did not ask them to refund the boarding fee.
It’s my money, why do they lock my money ??
I confirmed from nsdl, nsdl is not given any licence or authority to Ecuzen software private limited.
