I would like to bring your kind attention towards my Salary issue.
From the last one year I was working with “Phoeniixx Designs Pvt ltd” as a QA.
I gave resign on 11/08/2021 and the notice period is of 2 months means according to organization my last working day was supposed to be 11/10/2021 but I want release in one month so, I requested them to release me in one month i.e 11/09/2021.
They did not agree to release me in one month so, I proposed the plan for Notice Buy-out for one month which means I agree to pay one month salary for the time period of 11/09/2021 to 11/10/2021 and served proper one month of notice period i/e 11/08/2021 to 11/09/2021 and gave my full time to the company.
They agreed on Notice Buy-Out and my one month salary is adjusted in Buy-Out for one month means I didn’t get any salary for August month.
Now, They are not paying my salary from 1/08/2021 to 10/08/2021 which is quiet genuine this is not included in Notice Buy-out. I was hoping they will gave it later and then I asked for the same they denied.
So, I request you to look into the same and do the needful, I just want my 10 days salary.
Please do the needful.
