This is to state that one of the counselors of this overseas education consultancy Miss Samridhi Singh gave me a call on the 20th February 2021 as I have mentioned in the online counseling call while booking the appointment for myself. Then when she called, she straight away connected me to one of the counselors from the sales team and then both of them started to harass me to pay Rs.5000 on that day itself through a third party financial institute called Razor Pay as they said that they are going to start helping me with the application process on that itself. Samridhi harassed me multiple times by asking me to make the payment saying that it is a refundable security fee when all the other students who availed their services before and after me with the help of different agents said that they were not asked to pay anything. I told them repeatedly that I would pay the amount after they start the process but Samridhi went on to harass me and after I made the payment, she literally stopped picking my calls and threatened me to discontinue with them if I ever asked them anything. She did this that too after taking my money and not providing me with any payment receipt. The counselor that she connected me to did not even mention anything regarding universities and only asked me if I can make the payment immediately that day or not. This kind of practices are really unfair especially in the name of overseas educational consultancy and looting money from students in the name of false guarantee of seats at the most prsetigious universities of the world. Therefore, I only insist Leverage Edu to refund my money as soon as possible as I am not interested in their services. My request for the refund was ignored multiple times Therefore, I hope that proper action is taken in time or else I will have to resort to further action.
