I came to your office to talk to you for a salary on 13th April 2021. You first told me that the agreement will be shown and after that you have come into your cabin with taken agreement and after so many arguments you said I don’t have time. I told you to call Harshita below, but you refused. You also said that you will show me the agreement the next day. But there is no response from your side. On the day of resigning, (03 Feb 2021) both Harshit and Lithin were sitting to take my resignation. Both of these resigns were accepted and said that 25% of the salary will be deducted from your salary. Accordingly, I left the company before the probationary period in the notice period. His according is a one-month notice period. Harshita and Lithin had told me earlier that some amount will be deducted from the salary. I am facing financial problems and currently I need money. I want my salary because I have done all the work here for a month. I am asking for my hard earned money.
