I had scheduled a flight from Sharjah to Trivandrum on March 1st through Yatra, but the flight got cancelled. I had contacted the airlines and they refunded the amount back to Yatra. Upon claiming my refund on the app, they asked if I’d like to claim the money back to my bank account, for which I opted the same. Its been almost 3weeks and the refund has not yet been credited to my account. I’ve already emailed the complaint multiple times, yet no response. Also, the refund due shown in the app is almost 1000rs short.
