This is very bad to write below draft regarding fake commitment from one of reliance health insurance person mr. Arvind yadav from sakinaka yes bank branch mumbai.
Before 1 week i got call from yes bank representative ms. Soumya nair regarding insurance, just because of her request i agreed to take health insurance for my mother.
This person has collected document proof and cheque from my home ends on same day. I have asked to mr. Arvind regarding charges before giving him cheque, at that time nether mr arvind or the person who has came to pickup document explained us regarding extra charges of rs. 700 cash which we had paid to srv hospital for checkup.
One day before checkup, i got the call from arvind, he told me that i have to pay rs. 700 cash to srv hospital for checkup, that time i have told him why should i pay cash to srv hospital for checkup if we are going thru reliance then why should we pay to them, reliance should take this charges from us by cheque or you can add this amount on cheque, but this person mr. Arvind has not told us about this charges, he has fake committed me that all the charges will be refund to me along with rs. 700 which i had paid cash to srv hospital. Again i asked him i am paying cash to srv hospital, how your will refund it to me, he replied me that he will transfer rs. 700 in the account which is given on cheque details, i was sure that he is giving fake commitment to me.
I have wrote this drafting not because of rs. 700, just to inform you all that this person arvind from reliance sakinaka yes bank branch is fake person, not even giving response regarding insurance rejection. I got the report of my mother 2 days back, i was waiting for arvind call but i have not received a single call from this person or anyone regarding refund, today when i called to yes bank representative ms. Soumya nair regarding refund, then i received called from arvind today, see how this person is careless to respond to customers, and he directly told me do whatever i want to do he will not refund me the charges which i have paid cash, this is the reason of my writing the above matter.
Just because of this person mr. Arvind fake committed, i will surely not refer to anyone from my colleague and on social network not to take the insurance from reliance and not to take account from yes bank, until this both organization will take strict action again this types of persons who dont know to explain customers importance.
