I was given to understand that you will provide me a payment gateway which was never done till date. Now you are saying it will only be a payment gateway integration if i had one. I gave the payoneer gateway which you said that you cannot integrate with them.

I have made this payment also totaling to rs 76 223.00
Now i am at a loss to understand as what services have been provided to me till date.
Only website designing was completed in late february and till date i have no hits on my website. I do not know who is my support person my phone calls to your office is not attended and call through toll free number also have the same result
You promised me to send 40 buyleads and i have made it very clear in the beginning to mr. Rampratap that my target segment is niche customers in europe. Usa and other overseas countries. I have also made it clear that i was a member of alibaba till last year and i am now switching to an indian b2b for better prospects and services..
I have already some niche customers who are complaining of non responsive to the website and i am loosing them. They are not able to make any payments and there are no order forms and payment gateway in the website even though you promised payment online with credit/debit cards, net banking and cash card.
Having sunk such a huge money which is a big amount for a small company like ours i have to look for alternatives.
As i have paid for the website and the contents are of mine, i now request you send me the ftp details and admin panel immediately for me to seo in house,
