Expat Properties is Investment done for plots at Dholera with Expat Properties but no land given

I have invested around 10Lacs INR with Expat Properties Pvt ltd in 2014 with the money back policy but now after 7 years, company is neither giving me money back nor they are giving me land as per the commitment
