Dear sir, I myself R .singh has invested the money in company M/s PHENOMENAL HEALTH CARE SERVICES LTD in 2006 bearing bond .The money was invested in 2006 and the company has promised me to return the matured money 2017.From the maturity date we are chasing the company but till date no proper response have been received from the company. Currently the Vapi and silvassa office of the company is closed. The company is under huge debt and is not returning the money of the customers who have invested in the company. I also tried to reach the company head office on 01.11.2017 and found that company head offices are closed. While talking to the security guards, guards notified me that company is under closing positions and the company is going to do huge scam.While calling on the following number Monika sawant -(head of finance) -[protected], sharda madam (maturity head) -[protected], Mr anil yadav(vapi head)- [protected], company head office land line -[protected] i found all number in non working position.I thereby request to look into it and to necessary action as the it will create huge scam and the money invested by small people like us will get wasted. Please take necessary action and do the needful.
