In passport office they have shown a design of passport cover picture and in website also there is same passport cover image but the one I received is completely different than the I ordered and paid one. That to I paid 450 RS in passport office.
The design that is shown is totally different from the received one product .

I had visited PSK and they told me passport cover is mandatory and took ₹550 from me but when I reached home and enquire of it then I see it is optional.. i want my refund
