Ibibo Group / Goibibo is Train Ticket Refund For Journey CSTM to HWH

I have booked a ticket from CSTM to HWH in Duronto Express but the train got cancelled on 23rd May 2023.But the refund is still pending.So please give my refund as soon as possible.
