Gulf Career Service/global Consultancy Services/orpiz Global Services — fraudulent behavior

First of all there are so many names and its hard to tell if they are same but one thing is for sure that they are inter-related.
I have mentioned all names in the section “company name”.
I received a call from rahul sharma on around 08-jan-2019 and explained to me about the job openings in dubai and asked me to pay a processing fee of rs 2900.
Following which they have sent me an e-mail stating that they have an opening for my profile in www.pepperweb.me in dubai as a senior product development associate, with an annual salary of 25 to 29 lac inr with other perks.
The e-mail also stated that the registration fee will be valid for the next 6 months and they will also give me 4 vacancies per month according to my profile.

After making the payment of rs 2900 they sent me a form which was duly filled and e-mailed to them at [protected]@zoho.com.

They said they will arrange the interview in the next 2 days, but failed to do so. I repeatedly tried to contact them but was unable to do so as the number was either switched off or not reachable. I was able to contact them later that day and was informed by them that their client in dubai was very busy and was unable to conduct the scheduled interview. Then another date was fixed the interview and they failed to schedule the interview again.

I called back later and a lady named ms. Tanvi was on the other end of the line, i asked for the refund and she told me that she will arrange another interview according to my profile. This time it was emirates international school, dubai as a content developer. A telephonic interview was conducted and 2 days later i was informed through an e-mail from [protected]@zoho.com (Not from emirates international school) that i have qualified the interview. This was followed by another e-mail that asked me to pay rs 6200 for document verification from the embassy.

They provided me with a verification report which was again not from the embassy but from a third party. Then i was asked to fill a “pre employement medical examination form” and on submitting the form i was asked to wait for 10 days for a call from the uae embassy for medical checkup. It has been nearly 21 days and i was neither contacted by the embassy nor by ms. Tanvi or any other executives from the consultancy. I have tried calling them several times and e-mailing them even sent sms but no one reverted back.

I want an apology from the company for wasting our time and giving us fake hope along with full refund of my money.

I am providing here the two phone numbers that contacted me and are now not receiving calls.
