This is soumitra adhikary. I resided at howrah city. On march 5, 2019 at 11:21 i got an message and that message stated that “moner moto bondhu/bandhobi r incomer sujog paoar jonyo amder sansthay call korun.18+ only (M)-[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] www.friendshipguru.com”. I called them on march 6, 2019 for make a relationship and then one lady picked up the call, they lady was introduced me as trisha and asked me to make a payment of rs.1, 280.00 for one year membership charge and they provided me a sbi account number.

On before make the payment i was asked them to ‘is there any other payment i needed to make after done this membership payment?’ that lady was answered me no. And then lady was shared me her personal number ([protected]) and asked me to contact in this number for further communication. Then i was made that payment through my phone pay app.

Now they called me from another number which is [protected]. That time different lady was talked to me. Her name is tanisha. He make an conference call to her clint named nilanjana. And then asked me to done another payment of rs.14, 900 as a security deposit money.
I told them i can’t make any payment. Then she said that sorry i can’t do anything now for going forward. Then i asked her to refund my membership charge of rs.1, 280 as you guys making fraud. Then she said me this amount is non refundable.
I have faith on consumer fouram. I would request you sir please take necessary step to stop this kind of fraudulent activity and arrange the refund my membership charge.
Please do something in this thing. I will be great full if my issue get resolved.
