For Digital Marketing, course attended a demo with an ALKA trainer not satisfied I dropped the plan of joining but they requested I attend the training with one more trainer named MOHAN after attending the demo the trainer’s teaching was good so paid for the same but after taking money changed the trainer said he is not available due to personal reason. So I dont want to attend with the new trainer asked for a refund but not responding or updating any and after doing many follow-ups replied to my email with- discounted fee and no refund but as per their promise trainer is not available and while joining they did not inform that discounted fee refund is not possible, keep doing follow-ups for last 18days but ignoring my calls and emails. I have not even attended a 1 class in digital marketing with the entire amount they are doing fraud. I have also seen many reviews on this website about them please help me to resolve the issue.
