I have b and n trying to create an account on aditya birla my universe from last 1 year. But they have a horrible process and horrible portal.
In the process, they have created all sorts of documents from m including aadhar card, pan card, bank details, physical mandate, kyc etc.
But th account is still not created. With a number of calls with atleast 5 different executive, every one would request a copy of some documents to there email id.
But the account is still not created. I am going to permanently delete my account and never come back here. But my private information is all leaked to different service agents.
My wife also has it and i have seen only service they offer is to get new mutual funds from them as they think right. It’s a pathetic platform aimed at seeking our information and selling favourite finds.
