An employee of any organization is the real face of any organization. They are true asset, brand ambassador, and representative.
A month ago, got a mail from amrin shaikh
Prerna consultancy, kalyan on 23 nov.2017 regarding few job openings for overseas.
On 24 nov.2017, got a call from mr. Harkaram bhati (Fraud, cheater, liar and totally unprofessional hr executive, prerna consultancy, mumbai)
Asking me to get ready for skype interview for the engineer position.
Got a skype call on 25 nov.2017, the technical interview went well and took 45 mins to get over. (Don’t know that was genuine or fraud, but it was relevant to the position).
Interviewer n harkaram bhati immediately confirmed me that you have qualified the interview (Totally surprised).
Then, harkarm bhati (Totally fraud and liar) asked me to get ready for mobilization before 10 dec.
So, go to medical asap and send me the gamca report on priority and urgently.
I asked him, “how can i go for medical without offer letter?”
He gave many excuses, promise s that surely i’d get offer letter by tomorrow evening.
Again n again he kept telling me lies, false promises, and commitments.
A day later, went for gamca medical which cost me rs.5, 000. (Paid by me only).
He asked me to pay the consultancy fee of rs. 25, 000 after some discount (Actual consult. Fee rs.40, 000).
I refused to pay at that moment and told him to pay after getting the 1st withdrawal of my salary.
Even after almost daily follow-ups and chase to get an offer letter, he cleverly showed his helplessness and as usual, gave me another next date to receive an offer letter.
Its more than a month now and he is saying that there is no hope for the selection since client is looking for low salary engineers.
Even then, i tried to know his intention i requested him to ask the client if m ready to accept on said salary.
He said that he will discuss with the client and intimate me by next day evening.
2 days passed, but no reply, no answers of my calls.
Though, i understood his trap and fraud but even then remain polite and calm.
Its 02 jan. 2018, i didn’t offer letter… It was all scam, fraud to get money from the job seekers.
I’m going to lodge a complaint against him, ms. Amrin shaikh and company for cheating, fraud, scams made by them to get candidates hard earned money by cheating them.
This is my personal experience and i would suggest you all:
1. Receive offer if qualified.
2. Don’t go for medical without if not received an offer letter. Doing so, its wastage of money n valuable time (As you cant go for medical again for next 3 months after one medical test if its fit)
2. Do not submit your original passport, academic & exp. Certificate if offer letter not received.
3. Always avoid to contact or finalize any deal with “chargeable consulting services”. (They used to target needy person/ jobseeker, who needs a job on urgent basis)
4. Lodge complaints against such cheaters, fraud, and scammers.
Be advised, use your brain and senses.
Do not get trapped…
