I have booked xs real centra project flat no b108 based on rera approval tn/01/building/0050/2017.
Before booking they committed to mention car parking number in construction agreement.
After withdraw my 1lakhs amount on dec 06th they simply say we cannot do that.
Meanwhile identified they are having only 12 car parks approval as per cmda plan permit no:865/2017-18 and selling 32 car parks in b block centra project.
The same violation made by builder xs real on another block a in the same project for your information.
I said cannot proceed due to legal issue until mention approval car park number in the construction agreement but they are not ready to do anything and last 40days chasing them to get my hardly earned money.
I already spend lot of money to take document print outs and other legal process and pre sanctions approval due to their wrong commitment and violation in the project.
After long chasing they gave me cheque today for my 1 lakhs and not willing to give compensation for spend above said money and interest for using my 1 lakhs on last two months. Because the violation and wrong commitment given by xs real promoters only.
It looks they are not following rera and cmda rules & regulations anything.
Please involve on this matter and take necessary action against this kind of builder to save customer money and their time.
