This complaint is against the consumer help domain of this company
I had taken their help to recover my money invested with another trading company called monetary solutions
Monetary solutions had under a contract of intraday trading taken approx rs 9 lacs with the commitment of giving reasonable returns and profits but they did not deliver. And despite my regular follow ups they were not ready to refund my money
So i had filed a case against them in consumer forum. I also had taken services from consumer help
After filing complaint monetary solutions had approached me and agreed for s settlement of rs 6 lacs
I was paid 6 lacs by them and matter was closed. But conduymer help was not happy and convinced me that they can recover full smount ie additional amount of rs 3 lacs. I fell into their trap and went on paying them as and when they asked for money
They are investing my money in trading and despite warning them not to do so they are doing this. I have no contract with them for trading. I had taken their help for recovery of my money
Initially i paid them thinking it is their fees. When i realized their fraud i asked them to refund my money
But they are not ready to refund and keep promising that tgyey will settle my dues on paying do and so amount
This has been going on for past 6 months. Now i have paid them additional of approx rs 1 to. 2lacs. Which i want back with penalty
I want to recover money from these cheaters who had promised help and are extracting money in the name of recovering money from monetary solutions

They call me only when i ask them to refund my money
