I am maintaining a straightforward approach henceforth to ensure that you will get clear picture of the problems me and my pg mates are suffering.
First of all, it’s been more than a month and half, since i haven’t got my agreement. Every single day, the guard asks me for my agreement as the society gate is provided with finger print lock and i can’t avail that because i have not submitted it to the building, as i don’t have any. When i talked to other people living in property provided by getsethome, i noticed almost everyone faced this issue. My question is, why one should suffer if he/she is paying deposit, documentation charges on time?
Also the property is not clean at all. It never was. The amount of cockroaches and bedbugs living in the property might be greater than the deposit i paid and i am not even kidding. After raising a ticket, i got a prompt response that you should have raised a ticket within 48 hours, after that the request is not valid. Seriously? If i am shifting in property after two days, how on earth i am supposed to know that it has pests? Also this was not told before i moved in. So i am feeling cheated. Seriously, i request you to come and check the property we are living in. You will be shocked to see the miserable condition of the house and the tenants.
Also before moving in, i was not given any slightest idea that a caretaker is going to join us as well. She uses my washroom which is clearly a hygiene issue for me and my roommates. I would like to ask you one question, if you are paying a decent amount of rent, would you like to share your washroom, kitchen and stuff with caretaker? The answer must be no. Also we are paying extra bill for the electricity as she uses electric appliances in our property.
Also i don’t think there is any use of raising service tickets. It’s just a waste of time, as every time the same guy comes who doesn’t even know what he’s doing. Our fridge is in terrible condition, so much water keeps coming out of fridge everyday and the door is broken. Upon raising about 25 tickets nothing happened. Will you look into the matter, after somebody gets electric shock by touching that fridge and the matter gets serious?
I urge you, because that’s what i can do right now. Not as a employee, but as a human at least, think about us. I hope i will get a resolution to all this we are facing.
