Sir, i am a physiotherapist working in Kerala.A Delhi based agency contacted me offering hong kong visa for professional with job assistance.The agency name is percept immigration consultancy .They said it is registered under ministry of corporate affairs and they give 100% visa assurity .they said it will cost around 65000rs in that 45000 i must pay in advance for register for immigration process.i provided all certificates they asked.they sent all my files to embassy of hong kong .i got letter that it started processing from hong kong embassy.one day i got letter from embassy stating that to show proof that my university has international accredation.my university has no international accredation its only national accredation. percept immigration agency fill the visa application form incorrectly stating that my university is internationally accredited. i never given such an information to agency .because of there mistake in filling the form my visa is rejected.its because of there problem my visa is rejected when i ask for refund they said they wont refund.they said its there service charge it cannot refunded.services they done to me is filling my visa form in a wrong manner .intially they said i am 100%eligible for visa.what can i do for that. i am helpless they loot my money .government must do necessary action to control such fraud agencies company name -percept immigration consultancy agent name-deepanshu saxena company phone number[protected]
