I’m afraid I need to complain about one of your Red Rose Bus Drivers. He drove the No 21 last Thursday from Marsh Drive, Great Linford to Central Milton Keynes and he has just driven the 10.02am from CMK back towards Great Linford. We travel on many buses and have done for 4years, with a little terrier dog and this is the first driver that has refused to take the dog. The dog is small, has a muzzle and sits on out lap. We travel to CMK then get another Red Rose Bus and travel further. There were only 2 other Passengers on the bus and they did not mind the dog at all, in fact we have got to know these Passengers from travelling previously. This particular driver is very rude. All the Passengers say thank you. He never replies. He never says hello or goodbye when the Passengers say thank you. We have never met this Driver before and hope not to again as we will have our dog with us. This person should not be working with the public as it is clearly not a job he likes. All the other drivers are very friendly and always say hello to us and we have all got to know each other. Thank you
