Subhagruha is, believe me or not, is a sheer, pure and unadulterated fraudulent company. I suffered a lot because of them and i can never forget the extremely unpleasant experience i had with them. If anyone is thinking of investing his/her hard earned money with them please be careful. Each and every word they utter is a big lie. They offered to sell land in a conservation zone but they did not tell me about it. Banks refused to extend loan to me on the land they offered to sell though they stated that i can avail bank loan on it. I even went to hmda and enquired about the piece of land they offered to sell but hmda did not have any information on the lp number they quoted on the brochure. They are liars. When we (I and my wife) went to them to get our money back they spoke rudely and even used filthy words in the presence of my wife. They had cut rs. 5, 500 for the car ride they gave me on the day they showed me the fraudulent piece of land. I refused to use their car and i wanted to ride my two wheeler to the site, but they insisted on travelling in their car and for that they had deducted the money. They gave a postdated cheque for the remaining amount and i received the amount after two months. I went through an extreme agony and ordeal and i don’t want anyone else to go through a similar experience. Never in my life i faced such an unpleasant situation and met such a blatantly fraudulent people. Please be extremely careful with those people.
