I had ordered One Cake, Roses and Chocolates on 13th Feb’2022 vide order no. 995848 to be delivered in Noida.
Payment of Rs. 1800+ was made, but the deluvery was not made, neither refund been given, deapite numerous phones, emails and complaint in their system.
Everytime, same reaponse that the matter is being expedited and their team will get in touch. But than they stop Picking the phone for many days, nor they give any satisfactory reply of emails.
Today after six months they have now started saying that delivery was attempted but refused.
THIS IS FRAUD COMPANY, WHICH SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY, SO THAT MORE PEOPLE ARE NOT CHEATED.
The second picture clearly shows that no attempt of delivery been made till today.
