There is a person Iswar sindal in Kurukshetra(Thanesar).He runs an institute named Target Overseas in Sector 13 (Famous market of Kurukshetra).As per him, he is a authorized IDP Ilets Tutor and shows that I am a very good teacher.But actually he is running a fraud business over there.He takes money from student to get the 6 band or 7 band in IDP Ilets.He sets 9.5 lakh rupees for 7 band.Also, he is a consultant for student visa.He has taken lot of money from student and not returning that money.As per him, he has contact with PTE, Cambridge persons and can arrange any test based upon suitability. I request you, please please take strict action on him.
