Firstcry.com Bad Experience – My Order No 17055227MFS94EA85E

Very Bad experience with FirstCry.com. They have a very poorly designed customer support system in which it is so difficult to get desired support. Below is the transcript of my 2nd mail to them on Aug 29th with details and the reply is standard as before with no resolution – “”Hence, the issue is already highlighted to the concerned team and you will get an update as soon as possible. So, we request you to kindly wait.””

The transcript of my email complaint to them on Aug 29th as under:

I am writing once again about this matter which has still been unresolved even after your assurance in the below email on 24th Aug that it will be resolved within 72 hrs. In addition to this, I had spoken to your customer care executive twice (on 23rd and 27th Aug) who also advised that it will be resolved quickly.

It is so surprising that I am being put through all this hassle for a mistake (of generating 6 orders for 1 package) from your end as well as for mishandling by your courier service in entering pick-up receipt again one of the return orders only instead of all 6 while he received all 6 from me.

I had told your service agents who spoke to me that I have to travel overseas in the first week of Sept and would need the replacement items to arrive before my departure. I would need a very urgent action from your side to send me the replacement without any further delay while your sort out your internal matters.
