The complete organisation is a scam.
I opted for admission counselling by paying 21, 000 rs.
I was given the impression that my college appllication will also be filled by the counsellors who have sufficient knowledge about the universities overseas.
They shortlisted five universities for whcih they did not give correct information of the eligibility criteria and the documents required for those applications for which i paid 20, 000.
One of the universities replied that the marks of my exams dont meet up to thier entry criteria and for another i had to spend 4500 rs on courier instead of just 1500 because the counsellors did not provide me with proper information on what documts should be sent.
When spoken to them about it, they they its less money does not matter you have to spend dollors together in the usa or they say i dont want any arguments right now, or they end up telling the university has changed requirement suddenly of which they are not aware.
This is pure mental harrasment, i feel i could have done my university process all by myself.
Additionally, before i paid for their services, they mentioned they have got some patnered universities when applied to them students get more weightage on the application. When i asked the same thing to my counsellors nissi and samtha their reply was”no who told you that, there is no such thing, tell me the name of the person. You go and talk to that person”.
Nobody takes charge of anything, they made me wait for hours after i called to get in touch with them.
They also have all manipulating talks likel; its not necessary to come down to the institution things can be done over the call and at the times where i face with problem they say things cant be done over call, come down.
