This is my worst experience with a Mariot Holiday Inn & Suites(same as country Holiday Inn &Suites ). Just they changed the name and started cheating the innocent peoples hard earned money.The sweetness and the gesture the sales team will show while selling their membership, you will be bound to fall into their trap and once your card is swiped, they will give you an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. They will not let you read the other conditions saying that you can read it later.
Now after 15 days the card was not activated, i got a call fromRazor Pay team that they are suspecting the payment i have done through Razor pay via SBI card and they put the transaction on hold.
When called to the Mariot Customer care no they never responded and then I wrote an email to there reservation department.
Then one guy informed they have received the part payment so we cannot activate your membership, we checked with both SBI and razor pay team about the payment and we were informed complete payment was transferred to Mariot account.
Which their customer care department agreed and replied an email to me confirming the complete payment received.
Now told remove the dispute from Razor Pay and SBI which I am not willing to do because this company will never provide proper service and the booking which I told to do also they are not willing to do .there only intension is that to remove the dispute.
I have requested for my refund, which they never told that its not refundable during the signing the contract.
Will update the case progress, please don’t get into their trap.
