I have booked a ticket having PNR No.RSUZ323045 on 8th Oct. 2020 from Delhi to Shimla. Approx. one hour after booking, I got a call from the company that we are not moving from Delhi to Shimla. Further the person told me that your amount will be refunded within 3 to 4 days. While talking, he is assuring to refund but of no avail.Till date, my booking amount of Rs.899/-is not refunded by them.
