One year back I have booked a Goa tour starting from 21st August 2019.I had cancelled the tour after two days due to some reasons. In initial stage they mentioned the cancellation policy in a very small letter. You also agreed that most of the People did not see the cancellation policy. Last 28 days daily contacted your customer care or support team asking for my advance money, Now today they are saying that no refund is possible. I have paid nearly Rs.20000.00 money to oyo. Being a senior citizen this amount is very big for me.
My Booking Id is TH-VEOY1527.
Please help me regarding this.
As per oyo team no booking of hotel was done prior to cancellation.
Also as per oyo team hotels and cab return the money without penalty.
In oyo final invoice no cancellation policy was mentioned.
Please look into it and do the needful at the earliest.
This is the 100th time follow oyo to return my money.
One side they claimed that they are the best service provider and other side doing
dirty game with the customer ( senior citizen )
