Amazon India upi payment failed money debited more than 11 days passed

I paid 5000 to jay motors on 22 oct through amazon pay upi my money is debited and transaction failed bank told me to contact amazon we could not help you in this case when i contact to amazon upi support they told me due to holidays you got your refund within 30th sept after then they told me definitely you got it on 1 of november they only giving excuse
Say no to amazon upi they only making fool to their loyal customer and eating customer money registered email in amazon

Solve my query amazon otherwise i go to higher authority and file a case in consumer court against amazon 3 to 5 day money refund policy
