The day when I received the product it was found that the seller has sent me the wrong product so that day itself I asked the seller for replacement, which he agreed and said will be replaced and within 3 to 4 days will be sending dispatch details but same was not received from seller side even after several reminder, and as it is getting too delayed when I asked him for refund of my money then is saying that it’s already 7 days so money can’t be refunded full amount; and showing the clause written in refund policy; but there was no delay from my side it was seller who still cudnt replace the product, kindly look into the matter as it’s a case of fraud and do the needful against flick fit, Surat.
