Hi,
I have paid a fee of 11800 rs for the pmp certification training i have received on 7th december 2017. The training batch was expected to start from 23rd dec 2017. A day before i received a call from itechgurus.org that batch is cancelled and i would either be refunded the fee i paid or the information about the upcoming batches that i can join. My concerns as below.
1. They never respond to my phone calls after this batch is cancelled and not even refunding my fee. This appears to be a internet fraud that send emails to multiple people and collect the fee and no show after that. Their website says 100% committed for the class and batch schedule which is not in reality. When my batch scheduled on 23rd dec 2017, how can the batch schedules be at 100%
2. They neither inform me about the upcoming batches if any happening. This is another evidence that i may be a victim already and they dont get anything more from me. And looking for new candidates like me who will be new and collect the fee and put them in trap that the batch is cancelled. And dont refund the fee
