Description: I ordered a 750 ml Thumbs up pet bottle from the restaurant ‘Biryani Stories’ with a clearly marked MRP 40 Rs. on the bottle. I was charged 75 rupees for the same.
I tried to speak to the customer care agent through the HELP section of the order but they voluntarily tried to prolong the conversation with vague and at times very ridiculous replies and eventually left the chat without escalating to the concerned team as agreed. It is very disappointing that I have no way to call and quickly address the issue either.
Desired Resolution: I request you to please provide the refund of 35 Rs. which was charged extra and an additional discount for the experience that followed. I want to register my displeasure with the horrible experience I had with two of your customer agents bhargaviben.mm(Bhargavi) and patel.dev ( Dev ). Please provide training on how to interact with customers with minimal respect at least rather than using negative and wicked tactics to avoid a resolution.
