My self Aruna Pyla Proprietor of Anjana Traders Narsipatnam PIN-531116. We have been using VRL Logistics for our shipments from all over India. Recently we had a shipment costs around 1000+ rupees. VRL TUNI, PIN 533401 has sent the shipment without our confirmation regrading the excess money what should be paid. After shipment they were expecting 1250 rupees additional money. The whole i have to pay is 2275 for just 145 kgs shipment which is not even acceptable. We have had an argument with the person named RAMESH from VRL TUNI and questioned him why they have sent without intimating the money. He got very anger that we are questioning him. He left without taking the excess amount. Today Mr. Ramesh called us to intimated our shipment arrived to TUNI VRL. The voice was more aggressive and sarcastic and even shouting on us to collect the shipment and sarcastically asking us to carry all the required stamps etc. I don’t have any issue to collect the shipment ourselves. Rather paying 22 rupees per kilogram for shipment i my self can collect the material just below 5 rupees changers. My question here is that this is the kind of behavioral training provide to your staff and partners. Do you really handle customers in such a way that we are scared to call your staff for any enquires. I have given more than 100000 rupees of business in last 8 months to TUNI VRL. Is this the return gift expected? I request please train your staff or partners how to respect valued customers. Please let them know that if they behave such a way with the customers the firm value would lose rather the person value. So, please take necessary precaution to not repeat such behavior. I am going to check for another alternative now as i am highly disappointed with the team behavior. I will keep VRL TUNI as last resort for my shipment for now onwards.
