I ordered an spectacles first time using lenskart on 19 march 2022 which should be delivered to me on 24 march 2022 but when I asked there customer care through whatsapp on 22 march 2022, they are forcing me to cancel the order as they won’t deliver the spectacles. When I complaint they kept me on hold and then an email came that they are unable to contact me but there was not even one call from them.

Amount paid : 1287 rupees.
I asked them to deliver it on time but they kept forcing me to cancel the order without any valid reason.
I even have an gold membership yet they give so bad services.
Desirable resolution : Deliver my eye glasses on time and try training your customer care executives more as they are useless.
