I conducted PowerBI training for ICICI AMS technical and non-technical people around 100 people in different batch for two months from through online from 25th October to 24th December 2021 from vendor advaith technologys (Nehal Mehta).
It was agreed by advaith for the payment of 1, 80, 000 rupees to conduct training of 60 days. Advaith Technologies following a technique to postpone the salary settlement dates from the beginning and as much as possible and tried to provide excuses that I am not well, my daughter is seriously admitted at hospital or the payment from the customer is delaying etc., whenever we approach to credit the salary during the training periods. Once training was over advaith technologies started showing their true colors. Post training Nehal tried to settle my final month salary for 2.5 months and she tried to reach us an end point and when we lose all our confidence on the final payment, she started negotiation. She started giving explanation over phone that there was a payment reduced from customer side hence, we are not in a position to settle your full salary as per your invoice and she directly reduced half of the payment and started threating to change the invoice. Again, she tried to postpone the settlement date and finally they make us to change the final invoice as per their quoted amount. Once we send the final invoice, then she tried to delay the payment as much as possible. If we approach, she will start irritating that we won’t run with your amount and we have our own payment settlement cycle etc., even though she committed a date via email. Finally, again she reduced around Rs. 5000 and won’t reply through emails, phone, whatsapp chat etc.,
Now the problem is if we approach a legal or Ministry of Labour, she used our final invoice as their trump card to wind up the issues where ever we approach. Nehal and advaaith are habitual crooks and run the business by cheating innocent consultant across India.
My request to independent/part time/full time consultants before accepting a corporate training contract, first verify the company (especially from Advaith Technologies) back ground and try to search as much in Google to find out if any consultant raised any complaints in any of the forums against them. Otherwise, these company’s simply do mediate job and loot money from corporate company side as well as loot money from innocent consultant pockets as well.
