It started brilliantly, the training and monitoring was excellent. At Visionet you are surrounded by brilliant and extremely professional people. The IJP’s (internal Job Postings) are posted frequently are a fast track to rapid career growth. This lead me to jump into a management role within 2 years.
Where things got rotten was when it came to dealing with the HR as I never cowed down to her. My leaves were rarely approved. Though I was a top performer, i was paid less, specially with incentives than my co-workers doing the same job and at the same level. When I brought is up with the HR head, it all of a sudden became a compliance issue. To which I still don’t have an answer to.
The best was when vacancies were being filled for every team apart from mine. This lead to everyone being stressed out and overworked. Repeated requests on email were ignored. The stress began seriously impacting my health and productivity and I quit in October, Till today my last salary, incentives, leaving letter and exit interview is still pending.
