hii my name is surbhi goel i joned this company july, 2020 as an Senior Training counsultant designation on the time of lockdown so basically this co. also a startup providing digital marketing and data science courses started by Tarun kapoor( in cannaught place near haldiram in Awfis building.
In starting co. was too good supportive but after 3-4month they started delaying in salary from november and december month, 2020 as they said funds are choked
At the end they realised my december month salary on feb, 2021 in 2 partition even i was okay because at the end they transferred my salary.
Again february and march month salary they holded without any reason which i was doing follow up or begging to boss kindly realised my salary so he started to giving me false commitment and new dates .
At the end i decided to leave the orgainisation after discussion with boss
so they said they will realised my 2month salary in full and final settlement if i am serving notice periord . i did everything served notice period .
it was suppose to clear my dues in april month, 2021 after that i did lots of follow up over a mail or on call with boss and HR but they never responded neither realised my salary -nor doucmentation .
At the end they have not provided salary to many employess, few raise complaint in police or in high court.it was totally a fraud company even took money with student in sake of providing course of IIMs.
over amail i have proof that i resigned they accept my resignation even they assured for F&F settlement which they never did.
