Okay so my friend started working at JM road McD, Pune Maharashtra, last month and the manager there is very rude there. My friends training period was over still they were not recruiting him permanently. The other staff members were doing there jobs due to their personal issues but the manager there doesn’t even listen if anyone wants part time job or change in his shifts. The manager doesn’t provide with salary on time. If a staff member have to leave due to some issue, the manager doesn’t provide with the due salary. The manager doesn’t even provide with part time shifts!! So please it’s a request that do look into the staff behaviour in your stores!!! They are being tortured by their superiors!! Your store value will fall if such managers are being recruited by you. Please do have a personal feedback from the staff members about their seniors behaviour else i would say your management is way poor. How can you make your customers happy if your own staff is the one complaining about the McD manager behaviour!!!
