I visited croma sector 29 store at 1700 hrs today and the cashier on duty at ground floor advised me that the card has expired.
He denied providing me any information to my query with regard to how to validate the same.
On contacting the customer service, i have been advised that i can get the card re-validated by paying an amount of rs500/- at the same store and also this amount will be added to my card, thus giving me the benefit of not loosing any money on revalidation.
I am very unhappy not only with the attitude of the cashier, but also about wasting time and coming back home without buying anything which i would have done very easily.
The store not only lost the sale, they showed incompetency in terms of training and customer service.
