IFB Industries Dishwasher F5 Error

Very pathetic service for dishwasher in Mangalore area Age of dishwasher – ~3 years – already through many Fx error codes. Current Problem – F5 Error – something to do with water pressure – Water inlets were double checked to ensure, supply pressure was not a problem – Compliant registered on 10/Sept – After lots for followup couple of incompetent technicians turned up twice – finally repair done on 30/9 replacing a few parts for a total sum of 3500/= – Very first cycle with dishes, F5 error back again :-(. – Next round of followup has started since then, and not successful in getting them to come over to our door step again 🙁 I want to know from IFB folks – why are they not serious of sorting out customer problems deligently? – Why are the field technicians so sloppy? why can’t they commit to fix problems in time bound manner. – Why doesn’t the problem get sorted out after replacing with new parts (not repaired by the way)? – what a pathetic state of training your work force on diagnosis? No wonder most of them are incompetent. Is IFB really listening??? I can assure you, you can fool one customer only once, but not twice, if you are happy making money that way, God help each of those customers when it stops working. By the way, I have had experience with other white goods from Samsungs/LGs/Bosch/Whirlpool – you should learn what customer service means. first of all the products have never failed in about 10 years. After prompt repair, they were back to life for another 2-3 years before they needed to be retired !
