They are charging 1000/- deposit first then will do visa process for

I had deposited 1000 cash in saving account after they sent me medical
Check up at local lab. For medical charges laboratory company 6500/- without giving any tax invoice.
When i ask them for tax invoice for the same they not give answer to me.
When i refuse proposal for them and give my money 1000/- back they didn’t deposit my money.
It is fraud company to say all of you.
