Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Ltd — service, harassment

I along with my wife, child got harassed by this company latest and this has been 4 times in a row. When i raised crm/complaint they initially closed the matter one sidedly, when i re escalated they opened crm again with a tat of 14 days to revert back. 
My wife a baby feeding mother was taken blood sample twice forced to run around at two different far off medical testing centers, in fasting condition because of wrongful annual health check, up testing coordination, our baby and me was wrongfully communicated with incorrect tests.
At times on excused by my wife we tried settling it with some relief to which they denied.
My wife got fainted, and we wrote complaint to port the policy or refund back with harassment charges as a claim to us, execution able to district consumer court.

These guys sitting at reception doesn’t have a single technical, operational expertise, even about the ;policy, offerings, products, they just wait you for 45, 50 minutes as the same they did it with me, for days and will stick a tat some exhaustive days over your mouth to keep it shut. This is severe harassment. We will not leave the group. Let us file a suite against them.
