This is very pathetic and lake of support we are not interesting to continue with the Alegria holidays. Your team have invited us for a meting. We have refused it so many times, but they have kept following us and we also came for the meeting. On that time they have given lots of commitments which were usable for us. We also paid immediately INR 35400 through my SBI card. After that we have requested some support from your team. But there was no proper response from your end. Again we tried your team for room booking on last week, after so many follow-up, there was no support.

After that much follow up your team have informed us that no rooms were available at that point of time, whereas we have informed about our plan earlier. However we have arranged our accommodation within 10 mins after that. Then what is use of the enrolment and the payment with Alegria? We are not expecting this kind of response from such a big organization, also your team don’t have any idea to handle the customer.

As mentioned earlier we have not got any proper response and support from you and your team. We have not utilised any benefits from your company which you have highlighted during the payment time and you have also not provided anything to us. So we are requesting you to cancel this and return back my payment of INR 35400 without any further delay. Once again I am requesting you to support and return the money. Thank you.

Already we wasted our time by trusting Alegria, so don’t delay further and please return our payment immediately. We are not interested to continue with this kind o[censored]nsupported team.
