I was unable to travel to the destinations of a club membership as the destinations were very far off, roads had turns and i had road sickness. A tour operator agreed to sell my membership for me. He took away all my credit days and said that he would sell the membership for me. He used away all my credit days and didnt pay me for some of the days used. He is not answering my calls, not responding to my messages. By utilising all my credit days, he has reduced the worth of my card. Please guide. This is breach of trust. I want him to honour his commitments and also ensure that no one else is fooled like this.
