On March 30 2023 at 10.32 am, I signed up for a data entry project with Atlast TechSystems. The Project was to fill 370 forms within 5 days of signup. If the task is not completed within the stipulated time or if the accuracy of 90% is not maintained then registration fees of Rs 5750 has to be paid the company. On 4th April 2023 i got an email (legal intimation mail) by so called Adv. Neha Rajput (actual fraud employee of Atlast Techsystem) saying that legal action would be taken against me if I refuse to pay the registration amount. I paid the registration amount of 5750. After that i again got a call from Neha Rajput that i again have to pay 13950/- which is a part payment to settle the court case or else i have to pay 1 lakh directly to court. After the payment of 13950, the lady again called to tell me that it is part payment and once more i had to pay 13950/- in order to get a clean certificate from Company and to avoid court case. I said to her that iam a student and don’t have the money. They started to threaten me that court will take care of the my case and i wont be spared. She told me that 22000 will be refunded to me after i get the clean certificate.I didn’t get any refund after that. The phone of that lady is now in a switched off mode.
This company is a Fraud company which will threaten and will take all your hard earned. Please don’t fall for such fraudulent activities. I didnt get my refund yet and i want very badly my refund.
