Bm developers have started “bm magnolia” project few years back and i have purchased a flat in the same project in the month of jun-2017 and possession date was sept-2018 but they have failed to deliver my flat as per agreement. When question about the same they are not responding and behaving very rudely.
They are also not providing the compensation as promised.
Please help to resolve our issue.
Builder names are “kishore, naresh, suresh naidu, gajendra”, their behavior is worst and non-responsive.
